The company advises that the carrier licence referred to on page 31 of the replacement prospectus dated 4 May 2016 as intended to be applied for has been granted.

The company (to be renamed Spirit Telecom Limited) is pleased to announce that valid applications were received for 131,032,000 New Shares (raising $2,620,640 before costs of the offer) under the equity offer at 2 cents per share made in the Company's replacement prospectus dated 4 May 2016. Successful completion of a capital raising of at least $2 million a key condition to the Company's acquisition of Spirit Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd. With this condition, and all other conditions to the acquisition, satisfied the Company confirms that it has completed the acquisition of Spirit Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd.

The company is pleased to announce that the Equity  Offer of new shares has closed having raised $2,626,640 before costs of the issue.  As a result, subject to satisfaction of the conditions below, 131,332,000 new shares will be issued to  successful applicants. 

The company issues a replacement prospectus which replaces a prospectus dated 26 April 2016 relating to Shares and options of Arunta Resources Limited. ASIC and its officers takes any responsibility for the contents of the Prospectus or the merits of the investment.

The company advises the 23 to 1 consolidation of issued securities approved at the General Meeting held on 18 April 2016 has been completed. Following the consolidation, the Arunta securities on issue are: 93,925,860 post-consolidation fully paid ordinary shares (AJR); 25,677,769 post-consolidation quoted options with an expiry date of 31 July 2019 and a new exercise price of $0.039376 (3.0376 cents) (AJRO); 652,174 post-consolidation unquoted options with an expiry date of 18 December 2016 and a new exercise price of $0.683376 (68.3376 cents) (AJRAA).
