unbelievably we now have a report and notice of meeting from the liquidator Gary Anderson - there is no explanation, but at least there is a circular dated 2 November 2005 and advice of a meeting of "creditors and members" for 23/11/2005 - there is also a notice of a second meeting scheduled for 1 February 2007 - the liquidator paid a first and final dividend of 100 cents in the dollar to unsecured creditors - was there anything left over for shareholders? - the only other note of substance reveals that "finalisation of the winding up is contingent upon a proposed restructuring of the company" - so are we winding up or resurrecting?

we would like to hear (to admin@delisted.com.au) from a creditor or shareholder aware of any developments with the liquidation of this company

it should be noted that The Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board (CALDB) has suspended the registration of Perth liquidator, Mr Gary John Anderson, for three months following an application by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) - Mr Anderson practises under the name of Gary Anderson Chartered Accountant - ASIC's application related to Mr Anderson's administration of Flowtime Pty Ltd in 2004

it appears a liquidator has been appointed - neither the administrator or liquidator appear to be aware that the company is listed and still has shareholders - no announcement has been made to the market since November 2004

who is the administrator Gary Anderson (does he have an employer) and why, given this is still a listed company, has there been no release to the market since his appointment almost six months ago?!

surprising there has been no announcement to the market by the administrator

advises that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 30 November 2004 has been cancelled

company appoints Gary Anderson of ?? (no details!!) as administrator - administration never augurs well for shareholders but it is too early speculate on the outcomes - the company advises it was unable to secure the support of a sufficient number of fisherman and that created uncertainty surrounding the ability of the company to continue trading - prospectus is withdrawn
