The proposed capital raising that Eden Innovations Ltd was arranging through placements to a number of US and Australian institutions has been temporarily postponed. . Preliminary commitments in excess of the minimum had been received from a number of parties for the subscription of shares pursuant to this placement, with formal placement agreements to have been entered into today, Friday 9 February. Eden currently has approx. A$1.5 million cash in bank plus sales receivables of US$100,000. Eden anticipates progressively receiving further funds from its 155 million 3 cent EDEO options on issue that expire on 30 September 2018, raising up to $4.67 million. Eden's largest shareholder, Tasman Resources Ltd through its 100% subsidiary Noble Energy has committed to exercising before the due date a significant portion of its 81 million EDEO options, subject to raising sufficient funds from the exercise by Tasman option holders of the TASO options that expire on 31 March 2018.
