As announced to ASX on 11 December 2012, the Company is in the process of finalising a contract with its second major customer ("Contract"). The Company believes that all material aspects of the Contract have been finalised and is now awaiting final approval by the customer. Once final approval for the Contract has been obtained from the customer and the Contract has been signed, the Company will then release details of the transaction the subject of the Contract to ASX and request that the Company" securities are reinstated to trading on ASX. The company is seeking the extension to the voluntary suspension pending execution of the Contract (subject to final approval by the customer) expected to occur on or before 11 February 2013.

The Company advises that some new investors in the placement required additional time in order to conduct due diligence or research on the Company. The Company has now received undertakings for the target amount of the placement and is finalising the paperwork and awaiting receipt of funds.
