My ATM Holdings Limited ("MYA" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a placement to sophisticated investors to raise gross proceeds of $1 million. As per the Company's announcement dated 19 December 2013, MYA has entered into a Heads of Agreement to acquire 100% of all rights and title in the issued capital of IWG. A condition precedent for the successful acquisition of IWG was that MYA was required to advance a loan to IWG of $1 million, which it has done. Accordingly, the $1 million raised from this placement will be used to replenish MYA's cash balance to enable it to continue to meet its ongoing cash flow obligations as it works towards the completion of the IWG acquisition.
