The suspension of trading in the securities of PepinNini Minerals Limited will be lifted immediately, following the release by PNN of an announcement regarding the outcome of court proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia.

The Company applied to the Federal Court for appropriate orders and declarations last week. Justice Jagot of the Federal Court today made orders and declarations rectifying the administrative oversight.

On 7 April 2021, it issued 1,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares without disclosure to investors. The company gives notice that: as at the date of the notice, the company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the company and with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and as at the date of the notice there is no excluded information within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The company lodges its March 2021 Quarter Activities and Cash Flow Report.

The securities of PepinNini Minerals Limited will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of PNN, pending the release of an announcement regarding the outcome of a court application in connection with the timing of lodgement of a cleansing notice in relation to the acquisition of Hillside Minerals Pty Ltd.
