The reason for not being able to lodge the Appendix 4D Half Annual Report was the unexpected late resignation of a key employee at the company's audit firm in the UK. The UK audit firm attempted to resign from their engagement. The reason provided by the audit firm was that only the key employee had ASX listing rules experience, and without his seervices, the UK auditor could not conduct the engagement. The UK audit firm was not able to complete its review of the company's accounts. The attempted resignation was rejected. After discussions, the UK auditor agreed to reverse its decision and it has now conducted and completed the review. | 09/03/2023 |
