Wednesday, 22 June 2022, at the request of the Issuer in accordance with ASX Operating Rule Schedule
10A.3.1(g) and the Issuer's announcement dated 27 May 2022 regarding the termination of the fund.
Please note that the suspension only applies to the Units (ASX Code: VGMF), and does not apply to any other
quoted securities of the Issuer.
