a representative of a shareholder in this company writes of "changes of a company name that consistently has shown a decline of shares held by my parents for decades due to changes made by the different companies over the years through consolidation of shares, conversions (reduction of shares) and company reconstructions. At no stage did either of my parents "touch" the shares. And as a consequence of the ongoing consolidations, conversions and reconstructions incurred by the changing companies, the decline of shares since December 1996 has gone from showing as 213 ordinary shares (Sino Pacific Investment Ltd) to 22 shares. Shares remained at 22 in 2005, then declined further to 3 shares in 2007 (Ansearch Limited). And now, Webfirm (the latest company name) has advised the number of shares at 4 May 2009 is ONE!
